According to the Oxford Dictionary, nosh means to eat food enthusiastically or greedily. Our hope and desire is that your child will become so enthusiastic about food that mealtimes are the highlight of your day and theirs. We want them to love food and love to eat food. We want mealtimes to be fun, joyful, and life-giving. We want to transform your mealtime struggles into the joyful family experiences they were always meant to be.

meet courtney

Hi! I’m Courtney! As the founder and owner of NOSH Pediatric Feeding Therapy, I'm on a mission to transform mealtime struggles into joyful family experiences. With over a decade of expertise as a pediatric occupational therapist, I’ve partnered with countless families to overcome feeding challenges and celebrate every win along the way.

My journey into occupational therapy began at 13, when I witnessed its transformative impact on a family member following a life-altering accident. This experience, combined with my own childhood as a selective eater, added a personal dimension to my professional journey—further driving my commitment to continuous learning and fueling my passion for pediatric feeding therapy.

In only five years, I earned both my Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sports Science from Texas Tech University and Master of Occupational Therapy from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, laying the foundation for a career dedicated to helping children thrive and flourish.

Throughout my professional journey, I’ve had the privilege of working with children and families across diverse settings—from homes and schools to pediatric clinics and virtual platforms. These varied experiences have given me unique insights into the challenges families face and the practical solutions that truly make a difference. I believe in meeting each family where they are, honoring their story, and empowering them to build confidence and foster lifelong success.

But feeding therapy isn’t just my job—it’s my purpose. I understand how it feels to dread mealtimes, as a child and as an adult. I’ve seen firsthand how the right support can make all the difference. It’s why I’m committed to lifelong learning and continually pursuing advanced training in evidence-based approaches—to ensure every family feels heard, valued, and supported.

When I'm not empowering families to conquer feeding challenges, I can be found creating memories with my husband and our puppy, exploring the zoo, playing ping-pong, or traveling the world.

I believe every child deserves to discover the delight of exploring food with confident curiosity and every family deserves mealtimes rooted in connection. I’d be honored to partner alongside you and your family on this journey as we transform your mealtime struggles into the joyful family experiences they were always meant to be.
